Please have the AUC server available that weekend for the software update.

The ADMINS Support team will be installing a software update to your system.  Your AUC system (both Live and Training) will be unavailable while this update is taking place.  


Release Notes will be provided prior to the software update fully describing the changes implemented during this software update.


If you need to work on the server at any time during the update weekend, please contact support@admins.com  to schedule a mutually agreeable time frame for us to perform these services.

ADMINS added a process for importing time sheet records from a spreadsheet


This distributes data entry without weakening financial controls. The payroll staff will verify the departments’ electronic submissions  before accepting and posting the data to the AUC system.

We hope that this new feature will help cities and towns with process changes being made due to the effects of the pandemic.
