ADMINS offers a library of brief videos that cover logging in, purchase orders, accounts payable processing, and departmental receipts, among other topics. These are a good starting point for new users.
The ADMINS Support team will install a quarterly software update on June 11 & 12, 2022. The AUC system (both Live and Training) will be unavailable while this update is taking place. Please have the servers available during this time period for the update to be installed.
An email will be sent to members of the SWDONE email distribution list on each site on completion of the update.

To allow payroll / human resources staff to easily enter the information in AUC from a W4 form, ADMINS made some changes to the Employee Maintenance --> Personal tab. The help reference document provides details.
